Raffles Quay Asset Management’s (RQAM) Facilities Management (FM) team plays a pivotal role in maintaining best in-class facilities at One Raffles Quay (ORQ), Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC), and the Marina Bay Link Mall.

The Facilities Management (FM) team is responsible for managing the overall building infrastructures and facilities operations, which is led by the respective Building Manager who is supported by a team of in-house building operations, technical services, and concierge. We also partner with a group of specialised and dedicated service partners in the various building and engineering trades to offer best in-class facilities management services to our tenants and community at large.
