An article from the Singapore Association for Mental Health states that being aware of what it means to mentally well help individuals to think, feel and act in ways that create a positive impact on their physical and social well-being. Amidst hectic lifestyles, many of us channel most of our energy into our careers and spending time with our loved ones, often neglecting the connection with our own state of mind.

You are probably thinking “How do I start then?”. For starters, let’s go direct to the fundamentals and understand what exactly is mental well-being.

From now till October as a lead up to World Mental Health Day which is observed on 10 October 2021, By The Bay presents a line-up of five programmes from mindfulness to TCM tips to keep you healthy and happy. In collaboration with Caregivers Alliance Limited (CAL), join us this Wednesday to learn how your mind affects your physical and emotional health to strengthen your mental well-being.

CAL Outreach Manager, Ms Renay Pereira, who is also a Social Worker will be speaking at the webinar. She is a passionate advocate for caregivers, mental wellness and for environments in which people can thrive.
