The announcement for Phase 3 couldn’t have come at a better time, and especially with the Singapore Tourism Board issuing $100 worth of SingapoRediscovers vouchers (SRV) to all eligible Singapore Citizens, there’s even more reason to spend the remainder of your leave days and round the year off on a great note! But you don’t have to worry about rushing to use your vouchers, because they’re valid up till 30 June 2021.

That’s not all — these versatile vouchers can be applied to several destinations within Marina Bay, giving you countless options to recreate a tourist’s dream without having to cross any borders. Here’s our day-to-night walkthrough of a picture-perfect holiday experience By The Bay, so your SRV will meet their fullest potential.

For a perfect start to the day, embark on a 10am stroll at none other than Gardens By The Bay, which easily tops any list of attractions to visit for any occasion, be it a fun and educational day out with the family, a picturesque date or simply some much-needed “me time”. Our top recommendations include the classic SuperTree Grove, Serene Garden, and who could miss out the Cloud Forest and Flower Dome, where you can escape the Singaporean humidity while enjoying a myriad of flora in every hue of colour possible? Afterwards, choose from the Gardens’ many restaurants and eateries, such as the Pollen & Fennel Cafe or Cafe Coco among others, for a pleasant brunch or lunch among the flora to end the morning right.

For a hassle-free booking experience, you can check out the following authorised travel partners, with tickets starting from as low as $8:

The next stop after a relaxing lunch would be the wonderful ArtScience Museum, another must-visit location that is SRV eligible as well. Take a leisurely stroll through thought-provoking gallery exhibitions such as Future World: Where Art Meets Science, an innovative exhibit where art and science intermingle to create magical digital installations, Planet or Plastic? An audio and visual series by National Geographic that addresses the global pollution of our Earth by plastic waste, and most recently Margins: drawing pictures of home, a series by 15 photographers who, through their art, share their thoughts on pressing topics crucial to Singapore’s present and future.

Ticket prices for each exhibition vary, starting at $12 on GlobalTix. You can even get a bundle deal for all three exhibitions for the price of $25!

Indulge in a Staycation Fantasy

And as usual, nothing says “treat yourself” more than the well-deserved staycation that you could be checking into at 3pm. Marina Bay Sands, among many other hotels within the Bay area, is offering several staycation packages that you can use your SRV with for the perfect escape from everyday life, starting from $319 per night. Alternatively, redeem your vouchers with the Mandarin Oriental Singapore for a memorable stay and luxurious dining experiences from $469 per night! Surely it doesn’t get better than that.
